01Delete in the app (recommended)
- Open OMG and go to your Profile tab.
- Open Settings.
- Tap Delete Account, read the notice, and confirm with Delete My Account.
Deletion is immediate and cannot be undone. You are signed out on all devices and the sign-in link to your Apple or Google account is removed, so signing in again creates a brand-new account.
02What is deleted, and what is kept

| Limited account record | Kept: closed status, a hashed sign-in identifier, and the timeline of safety actions — so a banned member cannot return, and to answer legal claims. Deleted or de-identified when no longer needed |

| Reports you filed | Kept for moderation, with your identity removed from what moderators see |

03Suspended accounts
While an account is suspended, the in-app deletion option is unavailable so that the appeal process can run. If you would rather delete the account than appeal, email hello@applabstabs.com from the email address linked to the account with the subject "Delete my account" and your username. We complete the deletion once the appeal window has closed and confirm by email. The ban record (hashed sign-in identifier and reason) is kept so the account cannot be re-created.
04Can't get into the app?
If you no longer have the device or cannot sign in, send the same email from the address linked to your account. We will verify it is you — we may ask for the username, the sign-in provider (Apple or Google) and the approximate date you joined — and delete the account within 30 days of verifying the request.
