01Acceptance of these terms
These Terms of Use ("Terms") are a legal agreement between you and OMG ("OMG", "we", "us"). They govern your use of our apps, websites, and related services (the "Service"). By creating an account or using OMG, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
02Eligibility (18+)
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into this agreement to use OMG. By using the Service, you represent that you meet these requirements and that the information you provide is accurate.
03Your account & profile
You are responsible for your account and for keeping your login secure. You agree to:
- Provide accurate information and keep it up to date.
- Use your own photos and not impersonate anyone else.
- Not lie about your age or gender — we may ask you to verify.
- Not share or transfer your account to anyone else.
You may delete your account at any time from within the app.
04Community rules & acceptable use
These rules are part of the Terms. Breaking them can lead to immediate, permanent removal — no second warnings. On OMG you must not:
- Be fake. No stolen photos, impersonation, or lying about who you are.
- Harass anyone. No insults, threats, persistent unwanted contact, or unsolicited sexual content.
- Involve minors. Any sexual content involving minors leads to a permanent ban and a report to authorities.
- Break the law, promote violence or hate, or share others' private information without consent.
- Spam, scam, advertise, or use bots and automated tools.

05Video & voice interactions
OMG connects you with other people in real time. You are responsible for how you behave on camera and in chat. You interact with strangers at your own risk — be thoughtful about the personal information you share.
To protect the community, we use automated systems and human review that can blur or pause video when a likely violation is detected. If you report someone, we may automatically capture a short clip of the interaction as evidence. By using OMG you consent to this safety processing.
06Your content & our license
You keep ownership of the content you create (such as your photos and profile). By posting content, you grant OMG a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, display, and use that content for the purpose of operating and improving the Service. This license ends when you delete the content or your account, except where we must retain it for legal or safety reasons.
You are responsible for your content and confirm you have the right to share it.
07OMG PRO & purchases
OMG offers optional paid features, including OMG PRO and virtual items. Purchases and subscriptions are billed through the Apple App Store or Google Play under their terms. Subscriptions renew automatically unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period — you can manage or cancel anytime in your device's account settings.
Virtual items (such as gems, boosts, or gifts) are a limited license to use features inside OMG. They have no cash value, cannot be exchanged for money, and are not transferable except where the app allows gifting.
Refunds
Except where required by law or the applicable store's policies, payments and virtual items are non-refundable. Some regions have specific rights:
- EU, EEA, UK & Switzerland: you may withdraw from a subscription within 14 days of purchase for a full refund.
- Korea: you may request a full refund of a subscription and unused virtual items within 7 days of purchase; the value of items already used may be deducted.
Refunds processed through the app stores are handled by Apple or Google under their own policies.
08Intellectual property
The OMG name, logo, app, and all related software and design are owned by OMG and protected by intellectual-property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works from the Service without our permission.
09Suspension & termination
We may suspend or permanently terminate your access to OMG at any time, with or without notice, if you break these Terms or our community rules, or to protect the Service and its users. You may stop using OMG and delete your account at any time. Some provisions survive termination, including content licenses needed for safety, intellectual property, disclaimers, and limitations of liability.
10Disclaimers
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We do not verify everything users say or do, and we are not responsible for the conduct of other users. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
11Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, OMG and its team will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, profits, or goodwill arising from your use of the Service. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, or the minimum permitted by law.
12Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which OMG is established, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, and subject to any mandatory consumer-protection rights you have where you live. (Specify the governing jurisdiction and dispute-resolution process with your lawyer before publishing.)
13Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you through the Service. Your continued use of OMG after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
